The CQMS Razer H Series Tungsten primary conveyor belt cleaner is suitable for vulcanised conveyor belt applications where a combination of high-performance cleaning and low maintenance conveyor belt cleaning solution is required. The CQMS Razer H-Series Tungsten conveyor belt cleaner removes up to 80% of carry back materials left on the conveyor belt after product discharge.
CQMS RAZER H SERIES POLYURETHANE
A variation on the CQMS Razer H Series Polyurethane conveyor belt where cost-effectiveness and conveyor belt cleaner performance come together. The CQMS Razer H Series E-Type conveyor belt is designed to reduce capital outlay and ongoing maintenance costs while not compromising on conveyor belt cleaner performance.

CQMS RAZER P SERIES TUNGSTEN
The CQMS Razer P Series Tungsten secondary conveyor belt cleaner is designed to situate behind the pulley where the conveyor belt is most stable. Used in conjunction with a CQMS Razer primary conveyor belt cleaner, the P Series conveyor belt cleaner’s main function is a removal of residual fine product which has passed through the primary conveyor belt cleaner. CQMS Razer P Series Tungsten conveyor belt cleaners can be installed in tandem to provide optimal cleaner system efficiency or used in conjunction with water sprays for the ultimate in conveyor belt cleaner performance.

CQMS RAZER R SERIES TUNGSTEN
The CQMS Razer R Series Tungsten secondary conveyor belt cleaner is designed to situate behind the pulley where the conveyor belt is most stable. The CQMS Razer R Series Tungsten conveyor belt cleaner is primarily used on applications where the conveyor belt is either designed to reverse as part of normal operation or has the ability to reverse in relation to the cleaner tips. Typical installations include on conveyor belt shuttles, conveyor belt tripper head pulleys and reversing conveyors.
